*All patient consultations are voluntary with their expressed consent.

Explanation of the telehealth services being provided, including any limitations or restrictions on the service.

  • The healthcare providers may be able to provide telehealth, virtual care and/or second medical opinion services to you with easy access to our vast network of highly qualified and licensed medical specialists.
  • A licensed healthcare provider in India will be reviewing your medical records/history and conducting the consultation through a secure video conferencing platform.
  • Please be aware that the patient must provide their complete medical records and history to the healthcare provider for to get the accurate second opinion or telehealth services.
  • Please be aware that telehealth has some limitations and may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions. If that is the case, we will advise you to visit a qualified health care professional for an in-person visit. The telehealth service is intended to supplement, assist or provide added value and not to replace any existing relationship you have with your local healthcare providers.
  • You have the right to choose whether or not to participate in this service, and you can discontinue it at any time.
  • Please note that telehealth is not a substitute for all in-person visits. If you have an emergency, please seek an immediate medical attention through your local medical care centre.
  • Any patient seeking cross-border medical consultation or Telehealth services must fully understands the limitations and restrictions from their government and local authorities.

Information about the qualifications of the healthcare provider providing the telehealth service, including their licensure and certification.

Many of our healthcare providers have gained international recognition and acclaim for their exceptional services and expertise in their field and are well known for their commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The qualifications of our healthcare providers providing telehealth services from India meet the standards set by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the respective state medical council where the provider is registered with a degree in medicine and surgery and/or advance specialization, in addition, many of these healthcare providers may have board certifications through international organizations, fellowship through international medical societies and organizations, International Medical Graduate (IMG) Programs and trainings.

Many of our healthcare providers have a reputation for successfully treating complex or rare medical conditions. These providers are often sought out by patients from around the globe.

Our healthcare providers have an appropriate training, experience, and knowledge in the field of telehealth. They are familiar with the laws and regulations related to telehealth in India and have the necessary technical skills to provide telehealth services.

Information about the patient’s rights to access and receive a copy of their medical records, and how they can request a copy.

  • You have all the right to access and manage your medical records and history any time by logging into your account.

Information about any costs associated with the telehealth service, and whether or not the service is covered by insurance.

  • The cost/plans of the telehealth service will be fully disclosed and discussed with you prior to the consultation.
  • Please be aware that at this point, we do not entertain any medical insurance for our telehealth services and the payment must be made in cash and we will provide you with a detailed receipt for your records and for any possible reimbursement from your insurance company.
