International Refund and Cancellation Policy – Applicable to All Service Plans
Moving an Appointment:
After patients confirm their appointment by making payment, they can reschedule in the Telehealth portal until their healthcare specialist accepts it. Once confirmed by the healthcare provider, self-rescheduling is not permitted.
If the appointment is rescheduled by the doctor or due to technical issues, patients may move their appointment dates for free by contacting our team.
Patients can also request to change their confirmed appointment date for free with advanced notice of at least 48 hours by contacting our team. However, within 48 hours of the confirmed appointment, a rescheduling fee of USD $10 applies. Click here to pay.
Cancelling an Appointment:
If the appointment is cancelled by the doctor or due to technical issues, patients may move their appointment for free or request a full refund. Refunds will be credited as credit points, equal to the full amount, for any future appointments.
Patient-initiated cancellations require a minimum 48 hours notice for a 100% refund in credit points. No fee is charged within the notice period.
No cancellation requests are entertained within 48 hours of the confirmed appointment. Failure to attend results in no refund.
Payment Mode for Refunds:
Eligible refunds default to credit points without deductions, visible in the patient’s account and with no expiration.
If patients choose to receive an eligible refund through the same payment method as the initial/original transaction, they may contact our team; however, a fixed fee of USD $10 will be deducted to cover the incurred expenses including, associated with international financial intermediaries.

Modification of Policy:
Healthy CosmosTM Private Limited reserves the right to change or modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice to patients or users of our services. Please refer to the updated policy when availing services.
